Russian Speaking Medical Receptionist

Must have expeirience in Medical center as a receptionist
- Calling/texting leads to book appoitments
- Ensuring efficient daily operation of the department patient registration, appointments, and other related reception duties as assigned, with a high degree of attention paid to quality assurance, work -flow, and the handling of telephonic communications within and outside the department.
- Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other staff - within the clinics & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information
- Coordinate processes and complete all paperwork as required to meet physician and facility requirements.
- Demonstrate courtesy, empathy,





and helpfulness toward patients and their families.
- Arrange for reports to be completed and sent to patients as required.
- Update and Track the Booking Calendar. Qualification/s
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to Customers and Employees.
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
