Yaghmour Real Estate is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin with knowledge of popular CRM systems and the Dubai Land Department's Trakheesi system to support us. We want to hear from you if you are committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment!
**Responsibilities**:
Answer phone calls and manage correspondence with clients and partners
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing events
Navigate & manage the DLD's Trakheesi system for required processes
Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Coordinate travel arrangements & manage expense reports for team members
Support the preparation of sales and marketing materials
Assist in the planning & execution of team meetings & events
**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in a similar role in the Dubai real estate industry
Strong organizational and time-management skills
**Must have Experience in Real Estate Back Office in Dubai.**
**Applicant should be**:
- Excellent skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word,and others.
- Knowledgeable in CRM Software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Only qualified and experienced Real Estate Admin need to apply.
- Tagalog speaker is a must
