**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:
Generate and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
**Client Consultation**:
Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences,
and financial considerations.
Provide informed advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and the buying/selling process.
**Property Valuation**:
Evaluate properties to determine accurate market values.
Analyze comparable properties and market conditions to assist in setting competitive prices.
**Listing and Marketing**:
Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions and attractive visuals.
Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote properties.
**Negotiation**:
Represent clients during negotiations to ensure favorable terms for all parties.
Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
**Transaction Management**:
Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
**Networking**:
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors,
and appraisers.
Attend industry events and community activities to expand the professional network.
Proven experience as a real estate agent or a willingness to undergo training.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
