Job Summary:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the UAE market and a track record in identifying and creating lucrative business partnerships within the region.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing in a luxury property.
- Strong OPMS knowledge.
- Ability to network, building strong & meaningful business relationships.
- Experience in the local market (UAE as well as other GCC).
- Oversees the Groups planning and related staff to ensure the planning and delivery of successful hotel events.
- Develop a flexible sales strategy to reflect the achievement of hotel budget commitment and which responds to local market conditions.
- Ensures products and or services provided by Group Planning meet or exceed guest expectations and build customer loyalty through product and or service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Utilize marketing software solutions.
- Oversee daily event planning operations to meet or exceed budget goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with local clients and bookers for repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and create customized proposals following brand standards.
- Perform other Business Development Manager duties.
Work Hours: 8 Hours a Day
