**Position Summary**
A key member of the Product Marketing to deliver break-through world-class drive growth for Mobile, Tablet & Wearables business in UAE & GCC region through strong market driven planning & execution.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop the MX marketing strategy for the product portfolio by considering market needs and competitiveness; based on comprehensive analysis of the market situation, competitor activities and product positioning
- Develop the product differentiation plan and positioning strategy based on the company, competitor, and market analysis and manage the definitions of the specifications
- Build communication strategy and GTM for each product launch, including all touchpoints (TV, OOH, Print, Digital, CRM, PR, Influencers) and track the performance of each activity to achieve marketing KPIs
- Develop & execute consumer centric Go-to-Market product launch plans and long-tail campaigns for flagship products in conjunction with key internal & external stakeholders (Corporate Marketing team, Sales & Product Management teams, Advertising & Media agencies etc).
- Efficient management of allocated budgets, media plans in line with targeted business & ROI objectives.
- Develop IMC and Local Launch Plan strategy in-line with the global brand strategy to ensure brand image relevancy & resonance with the local target audience, especially Female and Gen Z audience
- Periodic analysis of key brand KPIs to identify and implement strategic marketing actions to ensure achievement of annual brand targets
- Identifying & developing strategic alliances with key partners and influencers for co-marketing & creating new opportunities to engage with consumers at large.
- Manage the divisional integrated marketing program having end-to-end responsibility across all online & offline communication channels (from agency briefing to execution) to deliver single minded messaging with a consistent tone & manner
- Accountable for the Brand and Product guidelines and will be the point of contact for the guidelines with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing / Communications specialization)
- Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills required
- Arabic is preferable but not mandatory
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Requires at least 8 years of related experience in product/consumer marketing
- From within Advertising/Media/ Digital agencies or a top consumer products MNC marketing field
- Experience and knowledge in 360 marketing ecosystem, including online and offline, good understanding of media/digital marketing with familiarity of performance metrics
- Experience working in a matrix organization
