**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase
market share within the FMCG sector, focusing on pulses, lentils, rice, and spices.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and building
relationships with potential clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
3. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication, account
management, and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and consumer
preferences, and utilize this information to develop sales strategies and improve product
positioning.
5.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients,
highlighting the unique value proposition of our pulses, lentils, rice, and spices.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure
seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to proactively
adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide regular reports on sales
performance and market insights to the management team.
