Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore potential key account resources, establish and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Meet customer needs with professional service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand market dynamics, provide customers with professional advice and logistics solutions within the industry.
- Coordinate company resources to ensure the fulfillment of service commitments, efficiently handle daily business requirements of customers.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with key clients, monitor contract performance, and safeguard company interests.
- Collect customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously optimize service processes.
- Prepare sales reports,
track and analyze business data, and continuously improve business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in key account management, with a preference for backgrounds in logistics or express delivery industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong market analysis and independent problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the logistics market with industry insight.
- Good time management and project management skills, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- High professional ethics and team spirit, with resilience to pressure.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with effective written and oral communication skills.
**Salary**:
AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Key Account Manager: 2 years (required)
- Logistics or Courier Industry: 2 years (preferred)
