- Laisie and Zajel Submit Customs Documents
- Clearing Data should be updated in the Shipping System or Database.
- Keep an eye on the Cleared Declaration and report any non-inspected declarations.
- Claim the deposit through the customs system.
- Keep an eye on the shipment and make sure it arrives on time.
- Ensure that payments have been confirmed and processed.
- Schedule Inspection and prepare documents for Inspection.
**Requirements**:
- Any diploma, even high school.
- Good understanding of import and export documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. (Writing & Speaking)
- Proven experience as a Customs Clearance Executive in the UAE Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Solid understanding Dubai Customs procedures and documents.
- The ability to work effectively under duress. Excellent data entry and computer skills.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
