**Accounts Manager - Job responsibilities**
1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, making sure proper accounting entries are being passed in the system
2. Reconciliation of Bank statements at the end of every month
3. Stock reconciliation to be performed every month
4. Proper recording of Purchase/Sales invoices
5. Keeping track of Debtors ageing and making sure that payment follow up is being done on timely manner by the accounts department
6. VAT returns to be prepared and checked every quarter
7. Liaising with the auditors to finalize internal audit report on a quarterly basis
8. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
9.
Checking and supervising daily invoices being prepared on a timely basis and coordinating with the warehouse team for the pending deliveries
10. Meeting the sales team every Friday, collecting payments, and following up on outstanding receivable
11. Leave salary calculations for staffs/ final settlement
12. Preparing commission working for salesperson based on their target levels
13. Coordinating with Banks for renewing KYC documents/ submitting documents for opening new bank/ exchange accounts
15. Prepare cash flow forecasts and Budgets
16. Monitor the cash flow of the company to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet cash flow needs
**Skills required**
1. Chartered Accountant (prefer someone who has also worked in India)
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of working in UAE
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Strong organizational skills, leadership skills
6. Ability to get work done from others

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
8. Available to join immediately or 1 month notice period maximum
9. Tally ERP
Salary range - 7-8k depending upon the experience and skills
**Salary**: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
