We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Guest Services Executive (Front Office Agent) to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai, part of the Jumeirah Group. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious environment, we would love to have you on our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.






- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Handle administrative tasks including booking confirmations and updating guest records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end, luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a passion for hospitality.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
