They have a strong market presence in over 50 countries including EMEA, Asia Pacific and America regions with headquarters in the Netherlands. They are searching for an experienced Emirati Customer Service professional or Junior Accountant to join a dynamic team in their brand-new office located in Dubai Science Park.
**Job Description**:
- Enhance customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Implement effective methods for measuring and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage procurement processes including purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain ISO Standard compliance and prepare necessary reports for management.
- At least a year’s experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or experience in finance such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, Junior accountant.
- Great communication skills - Arabic and English speaking.
- Must be Emirati
