Has knowledge of Interior Finishing Materials (REQUIRED)
- Understands area calculations and can do take-offs (REQUIRED)
- Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator (REQUIRED)
- Is fluent and confident in the English language
- Can handle phone calls confidently and has an energetic disposition
- Can type fast and accurately (this will be tested)
- Can complete administrative tasks deligently
- Is comfortable to work with multiple nationalities and cultures
- Has a "can-do" attitude with complete dedication to his/her work
- Does not make the same mistake twice and learns extremely fast
