We are looking for a contact center Executive to work with us in our organization. Below mentioned job description:
1. Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers who are calling to enquire for passport related enquires.
2. Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.
3. Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.
4. Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India (EOI)/Consulate General of India (CGI)
5. Promoting Value Added Services.
6. Achieving monthly targets by upselling of services.
**Additional Skills are Requirements**
- Upselling and convincing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service for a year minimum.
- Flexible in working hours
- Should be a team player
**Working Hours and Location**:
- Working Location - Mezzanine floor Al Khaleej Center, Opposite Al Ain Center, Mankhool Road, Bur Dubai.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday. Sunday weekly off
- Working time: - Based on shifts
- Shift timings: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
**Immediate Joining.**
**Should have a valid residence visa in Dubai**

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)
- Upselling/Tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Residence visa sponsored by Husband/Father (preferred)
