**We can offer you the following tasks**:







- Support in quotation follow up for spare parts sales using CRM.
- To ensure all open quotes are followed up with customer (and sales / service team) and updated in CRM daily, followed by a weekly report.
- Aim to increase efficiency in quote process, increase order intake and increase hit rate.
- To assist in understanding sales behavior/ market challenges and market demand of products / items/ competitor/ pricing/ etc.
- Preparing sales reports
- spare parts.
- Support the team in the complete process from inquiry to invoice if needed.
- To ensure all MAN-ES compliance guidelines are followed. To ensure agreed KPI’s for the team members are met.
- Timely reporting and upkeep of documentation and processes as per company policy.
- To ensure steps are taken constantly to improve the internal processes, quality, and meet the sales KPI’s.
- To ensure minimum errors in processing and ensure the number of wrong deliveries, late deliveries, client disputes are controlled/ minimized.






- To support the sales team and departments in meeting the company sales targets.

**You can help us with these qualifications**:

- Administration degree or similar or related to meet the requirements of education or experience.
- Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft office
