We are looking for a high-performing S**ales and Reception Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)**, to help us meet our customer acquisition. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, developing customer service, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
**The Applicant must be male, under 35 years, and (Arabic Speaker).**
**Responsibilities**
**- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.**:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan.**:
- Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.**:
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships..**:
- Present sales,
revenue reports and forecasts to the management team.**:
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.**:
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.**:
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.**
**Requirements**:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.**:
- Successful previous experience as a sales and reception supervisor (8 + Experience).**:
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.**:
- Experience in providing customer service support.**:
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.**:
- Must speak (Arabic and English).**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
