**Job Title**: Senior Sales Manager - Middle East and North Africa
**Location**: Dubai
**About the client**: One of the leading manufacturers and distributors of Ingredients, Seasoning and Flavor category.
**Job Purpose**:The purpose of this role is to expand and manage the current market across MENA
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan across the region (MENA)
- Identify and manage key ingredient customers and develop a close relationship with them by focusing on how we can work together in order to achieve ingredient / Flavor sale.
- Work closely with the Technical Manager to ensure correct protocols are followed for all customer-driven product development requirements
- Work within the S&OP; process to ensure efficiently planned production that meets all customer orders
- Work with the Sales Director to ensure that the annual ingredients / Flavor Sales and Business Plan.
- Provide sales data into the Sales and Operational Plan (S&OP;). Ensure sales forecasts (quarterly, monthly in advance) are defined as monthly “forecast” targets
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:
- Good level of knowledge in regard to ingredients /flavor
- Good financial, business case and planning capabilities
- Proven success in the development and execution of sales strategies
- Ability to create strong working relationships with stakeholders - values the inputs of others, has empathy with other cultures and viewpoints,
puts time and effort into being accessible to stakeholders
- Good experience in the QSR / HORECA channel along with Middle East market experience.
