**Job Description**:
Purpose:
The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible in managing existing sales order backlog and facilitate effective communication between the sales team and customer on order updates.
Key Responsibilities: (Key Tasks)
- Tracking of all new and existing sales orders.
- Oversee the execution of the after sales process within the agreed procedures for revenue recognition.
- Update delivery dates of open sales orders as and when notified from purchasing or plants.
- Monitor that all open sales orders are processed promptly by operations and communicated to inside sales and customer.
- Communicate with warehouse, logistics and freight forwarders locally and in the US/UK.
- Creating CIPL as and when needed for customer drop shipment orders.
Accountabilities: (Deliverables)
- Making sure that all the open sales orders transactions of the company are tracked and executed on in a timely manner.
- Informing the clients and the internal sales representatives about the various order updates as soon as possible
- Informing the inside sales representatives and management about the potential missed promised dates and revenue delays.
- Providing various important sales reports, as and when needed by management for organizing revenue forecast.
- Formulating sales reports on a regular basis and making sure that the supply of monthly reports is initiated and finished within the given time
- Submitting statements of open order & revenue reports monthly and within the given time
- Doing other jobs responsibilities in the sales group that fit into his/her work area of responsibilities and duties as needed.
Education / Qualifications:
- Secondary school qualifications.
Technical Competencies:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Office 365
- Excel, Word and Power Point
- Adobe/Nitro
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player
- Customer focus
- Working knowledge of Navision system
- Understanding of deadline achievements
- Knowledge of basic quality principles
Experience:
- Previous experience in the same or similar commercial discipline (or equivalent): Drilling/Oilfield/Customer Service/Trading/Expediting
QHSE Competencies:
- Maintain behaviour in compliance with Forum HSE requirements
- Maintain responsibility and accountability through personal commitment and behaviour
- Report any unsafe or environmentally unsound acts and conditions to their immediate Supervisor such that remedial action can be taken to manage the risk
