**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures aligned with school goals and regulations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with school leadership to address HR-related issues and implement improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in HR management within a school or educational environment.






- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
