**Brief Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who has an eye on the real estate market in Dubai.
- Proven working experience as Telesales is a must.
- Must have an excellent communication skill
- Strong customer service
- Patience, persistence and persuasiveness
- Personal Credibility/Effectiveness.
- Proven of successful sales track record
- Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Knows how to do weekly leads report updates.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Arabic and English speaker is a must
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
- Clear understanding of the product and able to negotiate well.
- Persuading prospective client to either to convince them to buy or to arrange meeting with the sales team member.
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Able to arrange weekly and monthly meeting and achieve monthly sales goals in accordance with goals
- Creating and updating activity reports
