**About the Job**
In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist at Ingenious Digital Marketing Management, Your duties will include crafting and executing strategies to enhance our social media footprint and paid ad campaigns, improving search engine visibility through SEO initiatives, and overseeing Google Ads campaigns to boost both website traffic and conversion rates.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Generate leads and drive engagement across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok & Google Ads etc.
Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Effectively oversee and distribute advertising budgets to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Supervise expenditures, adapt budgets as necessary, and ensure the efficiency of campaigns.
**Conversion Optimization**:
- Deploy tactics to enhance website conversion rates and enhance user experience.
- Work with the web development team to refine landing pages and user pathways.
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO**)
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and ensure alignment with targeted keywords and audience interests.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to continuously refine SEO tactics and strategies.
**Google Ads Management**:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility,
drive targeted traffic, and generate leads.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to optimize spending and achieve business objectives.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
**Reporting and Analysis**
Track and analyse digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, keyword rankings, and campaign performance.
Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
**Bachelor's degree in marketing.**
Proven experience in digital marketing focusing on social media management, SEO, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and Google Ads principles.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
Strong collaboration skills.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
