Roles and Responsibilities:
**Sales Target Achievement**:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for electric vehicles.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electric car features, benefits, and environmental advantages to potential customers.
**Customer Engagement**:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase the unique features of electric cars.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on the latest developments in electric vehicle technology.
Educate customers on charging infrastructure, battery performance, and maintenance requirements.
**Lead Management**:
Effectively manage leads from various sources, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online inquiries.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events related to electric vehicles.
Coordinate with the service department to address customer queries regarding maintenance and service plans.
**Documentation**:
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
Assist customers with financing options and paperwork related to the purchase of electric vehicles.
**Market Analysis**:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and government incentives related to electric vehicles.
**Training and Development**:
Attend product training sessions and stay updated on industry certifications.
Share knowledge with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainable and eco-friendly transportation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
