We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant**, with excellent organizational skills and experience in an office environment, to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.
**Main Duties**:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. Ensuring that all necessary office supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working orders.
- Communicating with staff members and other stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to ensure that everyone is informed about office policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining and updating records, files, and databases, and ensuring that confidential information is properly secured.
- Experience in legal matters and labour law is a plus.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor's degree graduate
- Required more than 2 years' experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge in UAE labour law and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills **fluent in English and Arabic language**
- Knowledge with RTA and UAE property rules and regulations
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field
- **Must have UAE driving license**
- File and maintain all necessary documents for the office
- Manage all office concerns, repairs and maintenance and furniture
- Review and process tenancy contract
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Participates in the planning and execution of administrative projects; coordinates work with other departments of the agency; assists in the development of administrative and technical assistance policies and procedures; and assists in reviewing and seeking solutions to problems
- Point of contact if there’s an emergency and Gather the employees to the assembly point in case of emergency
- Responsible to fix / refurbish the company’s furniture
