**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential customers through research and networking.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly,
and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
- **Sales Strategy**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences, trends, and potential new markets.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
