We have a requirement for **Head Baker / Pastry Chef** with the following qualifications to join us.
- With at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Head Baker / Pastry Chef in any high end and reputable hotels.
- Creating new and innovative Pastry and Bakery menu
- Creating recipes, costings, and calorie count
- Knowledge in kitchen planning and layout and equipment
- Should have hotel/restaurant pre-opening experience
- Advanced knowledge of food sanitation, safety, and food service operations
- Certificate in pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
- Have a creative and imaginative way of thinking.
- Comfort in developing new products.
- A genuine passion for providing the highest quality of goods as we maintain a culture of excellence in all we do.
