**Receptionist cum Operations Executive (FEMALE)**

Princeton Review Middle East is looking for aReceptionist cum Operations Executive (FEMALE) in Abu Dhabi with the following qualification and experience

**Responsibilities**:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner and maintain a database of center visitors

Delivering a positive customer experience during all interactions with existing and potential parents, visitors, staff, and students

Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have

To provide an excellent and memorable customer experience while ensuring that Score Plus policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times







Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received

Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Work closely with the operations team

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree

Must be fluent in English with good experience in Microsoft Office.

Should have excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and computer skills

Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role or secretarial role.
