**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing properties and generating leads in the real estate sector.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through strategic telesales efforts.

Effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of Habico Properties and its real estate offerings.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and stay updated on industry trends.

Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns,





and guiding clients through the property options.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, with a proven track record in the real estate industry.

At least 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE real estate market.

Presentable and good-looking with a professional demeanor to represent the company effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Habico Properties and a passion for real estate.
