A role primarily to support the General Manager with management of the operations of the Dubai Branch Office (HR, Finance, DMCC Trade License requirements, Managing Suppliers, IT etc.) and also to provide support to the Sales Team with the opportunity to learn the skills required to develop a further career in Aviation Sales and Account Management.
**Requirements**:
- Background in an administration, executive assistant, or sales support role
- Numerate,
accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn technical information
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills
- A team player with strong values of passion, flexibility
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to work in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and command of English Language
- Arabic, French, Russian or Hindi language advantageous
- Strong organisation and administration skills with ability to prioritise workloads
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Excellent computer literacy, highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Preferably previous office experience in a Customer Support environment
- Aircraft Maintenance or Aviation experience would be advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**:
AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
