**Job Description for a Business Development Executive**
A tenacious, sympathetic business development executive is what we're searching for to help our business expand. Business development executives are in charge of attracting and keeping customers, persuading current customers to buy more items or features, and staying current with consumption trends. Through frequent training and mentoring, you will also need to develop the capacity of your staff.
Attending networking events with the goal of bringing in and keeping clients will help you succeed as a business development executive. Finally,
a top-notch business development executive will pay close attention to client feedback to guarantee that our goods and services consistently outperform expectations.
**Business Development Executive Duties**:
- Become familiar with all of the goods and services that our organization provides.
- Acquiring new customers through personal interactions, word-of-mouth, and cooperation with the marketing division.
- Attending networking events to do research and make connections with potential customers.
- Sustaining deep connections with current clients to secure their retention.S
- uggesting improvements or new services that would be of interest to customers.
- Creating contracts and business proposals to get more money from clients.
- Negotiating with customers to obtain the best possible costs.
- Giving employees the social and technical abilities they need to increase sales.
- Reviewing customer comments and making the required adjustments.
- Keeping up with consumer trends to make sure that our offerings are still relevant.
**Business Development Executive Requirements**:
- Business administration, marketing, or a related degree is required for business development executives.
- A great deal of sales experience.
- Intuitive and perceptive, especially with relation to conduct in people.
- The capacity to discover customer pain areas and recommend appropriate items or services in order to generate income.
- Having a professional yet friendly demeanor.
- Appearance that is clean and well-kept.
- Superb networking abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Resourceful and possesses exceptional research abilities.
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
