Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Spearhead sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets for Loop Marketing LLC.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
- Pitch Perfect: Develop compelling pitches and presentations that showcase Loop Marketing's unique value proposition.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to position Loop Marketing as a market leader.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets,
demonstrating a relentless commitment to success.
Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience in the dynamic UAE market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and a knack for adapting to new technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
- Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Networking:
Strong network of contacts in the marketing or related industry is highly desirable.
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
