**Requirements**:

- Attract new customers and help drive sales across all channels, by promoting brand stories, experiences and products in an innovative way that fits with the overall brand positioning
- Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing activity including social, SEO, PPC, mobile marketing and affiliate marketing
- Oversight and refresh of the websites to ensure they remain highly optimised with a superb user experience and high conversion rates
- Administer all property social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn)
- Work in conjunction with external copywriter/photographer/radiographer to come up with engaging visual content
- Budget,





plan and organize photo shoots for social media purposes to get new visual content to promote on Social media
- Review all customer interactions and messages daily and reply to them within a reasonable time
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that communication is clear between departments and that there is a flow of information.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and workshops whenever possible. To be determined on a case-by-case basis (may require travel)
- A minimum of five year ́s experience in a brand, digital, or a creative agency
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytic tools and the ability to prepare a succinct month end report
- Understanding of creating relevant content in the field of investments and property trading
- Capable of providing content for the local Arabic as well as for the Asian Russian and Chinese regions
- Knowledge of new A.I. Content generation tools
- Aware of the latest trends and techniques in e commerce

Salary and accommodation

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
