We are currently seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented female Sales Executive with healthcare industry experience and fluency in Arabic to join our team at OnTime Group, a leading recruitment consultancy. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and expanding our client base within the healthcare industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector and reach out to them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
- Track and report sales activities and performance to management
- Attend relevant industry events and networking functions to expand the client base
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Fluency in Arabic and excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and recruitment practices
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with Arab culture and customs
