As a finance assistant, you will be responsible for the following
- **_General Cashier responsibilities:_**
- Collect all the cashier’s envelope from the Drop Safe Deposit Box each morning and count the content with the witness
- Liaise with the money exchange company and exchange all foreign currency with the local currency.
- Deposit the cash/cheque collected to company bank account atleast once a week.






- Prepare and encode “Daily General Cashier Report” in back office system and forward to Chief Accountant for verification and approval.
- Carry out spot checks on the entire house bank at least once a month
- Provide change in the required denomination to the Reception and Outlet.
- Verify and disburse all authorized expense report.
- Complies fully with the set financial reporting deadlines.

**_Receiving responsibilities:_**
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure item receive is/are match in LPO and invoice criteria.
- Process return for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
- Storing received items in designated area
- Post invoice in Material Control System on a daily basis
- Communicate with vendors for further issue with the delays or problems
- Maintain records or Orders, delivery details etc.
- Conduct month end inventory for Kitchen, Live Inn, Housekeeping and Front Office on schedule date.
- Complies fully with the set financial reporting deadlines.
- 1+ years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
