A well known shopping mall is actively looking for Lease admin / assistant of below details, Job requirement:

- Collection, follow up and maintaining Legal Documents records.
- Corresponding with tenants (via e mail, letters, telephone)
- Lease Administration.
- Maintaining tenant data base
- Filing and records retentions
- Updating and maintaining records in Excel.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), ability to prepare reports
- Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
- Effective time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Lease Admin in Real Estate: 1 year (required)
- strong excel skills.: 2 years (required)
