Draftsman (Must Have 4yrs UAE Experience -now)

We are looking for a solid experienced **Draftsman** to work with our team of Architects and Engineers and convert designs into technical plans.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of **5 years UAE experience** in an interior Fit Out company.
- Must be excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (Autocad, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3DS MAX, and other design software).
- Preparing Shop Drawings and As-built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
- Preparing Architectural Drawings mainly **Interior Fit Out** for Authority Approval.






- Preparation of concept drawings.
- Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production.
- Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes.
- Prepare the joinery-cutting list for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods.
- Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions.
- Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches.
- Experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, Joinery & HVAC Drawing Production in CAD, 3D Max.
- Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed.
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Communicating with designers and engineers,





and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college
- With at least **5 years of UAE experience** from joinery, Fit-out, carpentry company.
- Must have excellent knowledge and experience of working on AutoCAD.
- Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.
- Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.
- Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modelling, Photoshop Adobe.
- General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry is essential.






- Knowledge of Quantifying the Material
- Ability to meet deadlines /Good math skills
- Excellent English language skills - Verbal, written and spoken.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
