**Leadership**
Ø Must enlist students to support their vision,
build consensus among diverse groups of students and convince students of the importance of what they are proposing and the feasibility of their general plan for improving their college admission test scores
Ø Proficient in curriculum planning, assessment design and data analysis
Ø Facilitate meetings, keep a group discussion on track, decide on a course of action, and monitor progress
**Accountabilities and Academic Strategy**
Ø Teaching courses as per TPR methodology
Ø Delivering through classrooms, workshops, seminar and case studies sessions
Ø Training students in the area of Quant sections for SAT, GMAT, GRE, TOEFL and IELTS Tests and thereby mentoring students to plan and execute plan effectively
Ø Leading and participating in faculty observations, feedback sessions, meetings, and other coaching and development activities
Ø Designing an appropriate Course Structure to meet stated objectives.
Ø Responding to all academic related student queries in a satisfactory manner
Ø Helping Aspirants to study further
Ø Using appropriate online tools to aid effective in class delivery
Ø Delivering the scheduled programs and the batches as per the standard operating process of the academics
Ø Customizing teaching to satisfy needs of students in terms of pacing and quality of material
Ø Constantly updating oneself on current trends for each test in order to guide students
Ø Establishes relationships with clients to provide high quality customer service by establishing a good rapport with students inside and outside class
Ø Making the class engaging so that learning becomes fun
Ø Being punctual for each session
Ø Giving timely feedback for homework and tests
Ø Being available to students for extra help outside class hours
Ø Consistently adapting teaching and delivery style to meet students’ needs
Ø Contributes to revenue generation by taking second level counseling, Strategy sessions or demo classes and seminars
Ø Maintaining accurate attendance and score reports for all batches and tutoring
Ø Tracking scores of all students who have completed batches
Ø Upgrading him/ her constantly and sharing knowledge with team
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
Ø Excellent communications skills (written and spoken) along with being articulate.
Ø Must be career oriented, mature & must possess strong convincing skills
Ø Must be presentable along with possessing analytical & problem solving skills
Ø A strong passion for teaching
**Requirements**:
Ø B.E / B.Tech. / MBA /M.Sc. / M.A (English)
Ø 93 Percentile Scores in CAT/GMAT/GRE/SAT Tests
Ø Minimum 3 years of GRE/GMAT/SAT/CAT test prep courses teaching experience
Ø Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives
