**Position**: Procurement Manager/Logistics Manager/Contracts Manager (any nationality)

**Location**: Al Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE.

We are exclusive partners of world renowned brands for play equipment & adventure parks, indoor and outdoor fitness and gym equipment, landscape furniture, outdoor shade structures and flooring systems for sports areas and playground.







We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Manager/Logistics Manager/Contracts Manager reporting to Sales Manager/General Manager to join our growing team and oversee a busy procurement operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement operations.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet operational goals.
- Identify and implement measures to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee and coordinate functions such as procurement, logistics, and quality control.
- Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial objectives are met within the operational framework.
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures for smooth operations.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among different teams.
- Identify challenges and proactively address issues to improve performance.
- Continuously strive to optimize processes and systems to achieve goals.
- Ensure operational efforts are aligned with strategic goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent English communication skills.






- Bachelor's degree in business, or Civil and Architecture related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in Kids and Play Equipment / Recreational Facilities industry.
- Strong knowledge of local operations in the Kids Playground field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent client management skills and experience.
- Preferably with Driving License.
