OnTime Group is looking for a motivated and charismatic Female Sales Representative to join our team in promoting healthcare services. In this role, you will actively engage with healthcare providers, showcasing our services and building long-lasting relationships to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, including hospitals and clinics.
- Communicate effectively with medical professionals to understand their needs and present suitable services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight our healthcare offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to generate sales.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions and client needs to management.
- Participate in healthcare events and conferences to network and promote services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in healthcare services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare market dynamics in the UAE is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
