We are looking for Business Development Professionals -Online Sales for our client a leading real estate developer in Dubai
**Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs**. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns. Leverage Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
- Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines
Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories
**Requirements**:
**Young and Smart Individuals with experience in an B2B environment from Real Estate or banking or mortgages or hospitality or Aviation business '**
**Age below 38yrs**
**Chinese or German or Russian or Italian speaker is a must for the role**
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Online Sales: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
