Responsibilities:
- **Product Sales**:
- Promote Padra vitamins, shampoo, and spray products to patients post-surgery.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross-sell products.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- **Existing Patient Sales & Support**:
- Assist existing patients with medication orders, laser treatments, and addressing queries or concerns about surgery.
- Facilitate scheduling for surgery, including blood tests, consent forms, and pre-surgery instructions.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans.
- **Sales Support**:
- Conduct regular follow-ups to confirm surgery dates or address any concerns.
- Encourage patients to proceed with surgery and provide information to help them make informed decisions.
- Offer reasonable discounts or incentives to encourage patients to reconsider hair transplant procedures.
- **Patient Management**:
- Provide detailed information about Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures and package details.
- Assist patients in completing consent forms, processing payments, and scheduling PRP appointments.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail/services management, with a focus on sales leadership.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Language - Arabic & English.
