**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Understanding of Dubai Real Estate Market
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Must be native Arabic speaker

- Must be native Russian speaker

or
- Must be native Chinese speaker

and
- Fluent English speaker
- Female prefered
