Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of social media content and campaigns.
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with their business goals.
- **Content Oversight**: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content by working closely with content writers and video editors.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members promptly and effectively.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using social media platforms and tools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- **Problem Solver**: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
