Freelance Social Media Marketing Executive (Part Time Option Available - Flexible working hours)

Our Real Estate Company is looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive who has full command of Facebook, Instagram & Google ads. You will be responsible for maintaining our company's social media platforms and creating captivating content for all social media pages.

Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task. In addition to this you should be able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks effectively. Furthermore, you should have a strategic mindset and always think out of the box.

**Responsibilities**:







- Ideally have Real Estate Social Media experience
- Developing engaging social media strategies
- Managing social media platforms of the organization
- Scheduling social media posts
- Engaging followers with regular company updates
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention
- Overseeing Social Media content
- Responding to the comments on social media on time
- Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising
- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI Analyzing social media trends
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
- Optimizing social media content effectively
- Understanding of graphic design principles and creating design ads
- Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals
- Must be Expert in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads R

**Requirements**:

- Related field proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist Social Media Executive or a similar position.






- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI s
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy
- Exceptional team management skills
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising
- Ability to write catchy content
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail required
- Fluent writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

**Job Location: Dubai - Al Barsha South 3**

**Hours: Flexible - Part Time Available**
**Must have own visa**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 23 per week







**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
