The Role

You will be responsible for :

- Manage and oversee residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.






- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain open lines of communication.

Ideal Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.






- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
