- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and properly communicate any inquiries received from different platforms
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Administer operational requirements by liaising with vendors such as printing companies and other external suppliers
- Scheduling arrangements for senior staff such as reservations and other related activities
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Maintains database of trackers, forms and other documents related to operations
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders from suppliers
- Other adhoc tasks related to operations maybe assigned from time to time
