We are looking for immediate hiring for the following position Sales Executive - Ventilation Fan, Air Moving Equipment, Ceiling Fan, Electric Fan, etc to be based in Dubai.
The Sales Executive should have at least 1-2 years of experience in UAE and have established good relationships with consultants and contractors for Ventilation fans across UAE and GCC.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Generate new business leads, build and develop new client relationships
- Schedule meetings with customers to introduce AFRA Products.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders
- Consistently and systematically follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders
- Track all sales activities in company CRM by updating daily to maintain a clear sales pipeline.
- Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by the divisional Head
- Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
- Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance Requirements
- Engineering degree holder in Electrical, Electronics or any equivalent field is preffered.
- Minimum of 1 years of Sales / Sales Engineer experience in Ventilation Fans
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Should be goal driven and target oriented
- Possess a thorough understanding of gross margin, costing and budgeting.
- Must possess strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Outdoor sales Electrical (lighting, exhaust fan ): 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
