**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
2. The Office Administrator will be in charge of all quotations, invoices, and contracts as per companies’ guidelines.
3. They are also responsible for scheduling various meetings between employees and clients and often manage the meeting room schedule as well. Office Administrators will usually perform bookkeeping tasks, sales reports, and all reports required, like tracking invoices, taking care of accounts receivable, and tracking the office’s overall budget. They will also make purchases for the office like supplies, furniture, and other necessary equipment.
4. Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
6. Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
7. Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
8. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
9. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
10. Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
11. Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
12. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget,
scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

**Salary**:
From AED3,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
