- To prepare lease summaries of tenants and monthly tenant analysis for property manager review and approval.
- Support Back Office Manager and ensured documentation complied for audit requirement, if needed.
- Responsible for arranging property viewing and survey appointments
- Organizing, following up to attend to maintenance issues and liaising with tenants where applicable.
- Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
- To update banking, pipeline and weekly spreadsheets
- Issue new lease agreements by following company policy,
procedures and management instructions.
- Process any request related to name change or/and unit change.
- Process and follow up on Security Deposit refunds.
- Filling and organizing of property administration related documents.
- Assist in management special projects.
- Preparing reports when needed.
To completed any other task assigned by the superiors.
