We at Ikonic Limousine are currently looking for a BDM/Sales Associate who will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in the UAE in a similar field, client management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and socialization skills, travel market experience, and a creative mindset to generate innovative ideas that enhance customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**:Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Act as the primary point of contact for clients,





addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as required.

**Problem Resolution**:Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or challenges to ensure a positive client experience.

Ensure clear and effective communication to convey information and gather feedback.

**Customer Satisfaction**:Take the initiative to propose and implement new ideas and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collect feedback from clients and use it to drive improvements in service delivery.

**Client Retention**:Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand client accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients.

**Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issues.
Generate regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement for management review.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing,





to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outdoor sales or business development role
- Strong client management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the travel tourisum or limousine industry
- Ability to think creatively and take initiative to improve customer satisfaction.
