**We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a background in design and architecture for 5-6 years.(UAE Exp MUST )**
- He/she will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients
- Deep knowledge of interior design and the ability to independently engage with clients to understand requirements and make design pitches
- Maintain a solid relationship with key customers and consultants to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized.
- Utilize existing networks and contacts to generate inquiries as well as opportunities for proposals and tenders.
- Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.
**Job Requirement: -**
- minimum of 5 to 8 years of similar experience in the Fit-out & Interior Industry. (MUST )
- Must have proven UAE experience in project sales and business development within interior design, joinery, or furniture supply organization.
- Strong background in cold/warm calling, industry networking, and referral marketing
- Worked in a high-revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
