We Royal Pacific Immigration Consultant are looking for a skilled and highly experienced Sales manager to handle a team of immigration consultants who can help with the company revenue growth by creating effective sales strategy and execution. Competitive basic salary plus team commission and monthly sales incentive awaits.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Managing a team of Immigration Consultants and Administrators based in Dubai to ensure a high quality of service are delivered to clients at all times.
- Deliver a high volume of various immigration cases and achieve a consistently high satisfaction rating from clients.
- Proactively look for areas of development across the immigration team,
providing ongoing training and conducting weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Ensuring the team to be constantly updated with the immigration process and legislation.
- Act as the first point of contact for any escalations that may arise.
- Add value to company services by offering expert advice in all matters related to immigration.
- Manage immigration audits of all legal requirements and local practices, including implementation of process improvements to meet necessary standards for immigration processing.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in team management of immigration consultants.
- Must have a proven track record in achieving monthly sales target.
- Staff management experience to lead a team/branch.
- Previous experience working in a complex environment.
- The ability to manage the team independently and take accountability/responsibility for all actions.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining to have the attention to detail must at all times.
- The ability to communicate and present information in a clear and concise way is essential for this role.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
